These highly pigmented blackest black, quick drying felt tip liners provide endless looks rather easy to achieve. These liners are great for people starting to create the winged eye liner effect or "cat-eye" look. The triple threat tattoo liners provide long lasting, smudge proof wear that lasts all day.
